Here at Greenwood Organics, we don’t hang about – when we receive your order we start working on it straightaway.
Orders placed between Monday-Friday midday will usually be dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders placed after midday on Friday or over the weekend will be sent out the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We use Royal Mail’s first class service to send out your order, which should take around 2-3 working days to arrive (within the UK).
If, for any reason, there’s a delay with your order, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and keep you updated on the progress. If we can’t deliver your order in the stated time frame, we’re happy to cancel it and refund you.

UK Free Delivery: Available for orders £40 and over
UK Standard Delivery – £3.00
Republic of Ireland – £5.00
Europe & rest of world – £15.00
Please be aware, International parcels may be subject to customs charges in your home country. Please check your countries tax laws for information about what tax charges may apply. You are responsible for any local taxes applied to your order from authorities and customs.
Returns and refunds
We are confident that you will be happy with the products you order from us.
We recommend you order a free sample so you can do a 24 hour patch test before committing to a purchase. We allow one of each sample available per person.
We cannot offer a refund on any products that have been opened or used (unless the product is faulty)
If you would like an exchange or refund, please email us at email@example.com stating your reasons.
On receipt of the returned products we will issue a refund or exchange, including the original delivery charge but not the return costs (unless the item is faulty).
Regrettably we cannot offer a return on products lost in transition to us, so for this reason we would advise you to send returns via recorded delivery.
In the event that any orders are lost or damaged in transit to you or the goods you receive are faulty or we have made an error we will offer a full refund or exchange. Including all delivery and return costs.
If orders are received damaged please contact us within 3 business days to advise us about this.

If you have not purchased your Greenwood Organics product via this website, or direct from us, then please contact the retailer where you purchased the product and seek refunds/exchanges from them directly.
You may cancel any order before it has been dispatched for a full refund at the contact details above.
